IGNITE 2026: Building Something Bigger Than Ourselves

Last month, we brought together more than 130 leaders from across our brands for our Strategic Leadership Summit, IGNITE 2026. The goal wasn’t just to get everyone in the same room, but to step back, realign, and reinforce what we’re building as a company.

Infinity Home Services has grown quickly. With 24 brands and a presence across North America, it would be easy to point to that growth as the headline. But growth on its own doesn’t define a great business. What matters more is how that growth happens and whether the organization stays aligned as it scales.

That was the focus of IGNITE.

Throughout the week, the conversations kept coming back to a core set of principles that guide how we operate: doing the job right the first time, keeping your word, taking care of the homeowner, and creating opportunity for your people. These ideas are simple, but they are not always easy to maintain as an organization grows. The summit created space to reinforce those standards and make sure they continue to show up in how we run our businesses every day.

It also served as a reminder that we are not just partnering with roofing companies. We are building a company with operators at the center. The idea is simple. Great leaders should be able to keep running their businesses while getting the resources, systems, and support needed to grow faster and more efficiently. Just as important, they should have the opportunity to participate in the long-term value they help create through equity.

The opportunity in front of us remains significant. The home services industry is still highly fragmented, and many business owners are operating without the support or infrastructure needed to reach their full potential. In many cases, they are carrying more risk than they would like, while their teams lack a clear path for growth. That gap is what we are focused on solving.

What stood out most from IGNITE wasn’t any single presentation or takeaway. It was the collective energy in the room. When you bring together a group of leaders who are aligned, motivated, and committed to building something meaningful, you can feel the momentum.

That momentum is real, and it’s building.

And if last month was any indication, we’re still in the early innings of what this company can become.
