Job Summary

Infinity Home Services (IHS) is a fast-growing DTC home exterior remodeling company with several brands across the U.S. and Canada. We are seeking a highly-skilled, analytical, and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive the marketing and advertising initiatives across the Midwest region. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing local marketing plans, generating highly qualified leads, and contributing to the overall growth objectives of the company. Reporting to the CMO, this position will play a pivotal role in collaborating with local marketing coordinators, general managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the success of integrated marketing campaigns.   • Direct and manage marketing/advertising in the Midwest region including developing local marketing plans with strategic applications based on market analysis and field input.
  • Establish and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified leads for assigned areas of business that can effectively support the growth objectives for the company.
  • Help define strategy, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing plans encompassing integrated marketing initiatives designed to penetrate and grow targeted markets.
  • Continually apply knowledge and evaluate the effectiveness of key marketing tactics, making strategic recommendations to leadership on opportunities for brand optimization.
  • Complete essential business-tracking requirements by maintaining marketing data through CRM and database. Manage and campaign results reporting findings to senior leadership and field leaders.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns and adjust tactics based on performance metrics.
  • Lead local marketing coordinators and general managers to develop and execute local grassroots marketing plans to increase market penetration, generate leads, and raise brand awareness.
  • Coordinate the direction and deliverables of multiple external vendors and internal departments including agency partners, marketing functions, technology, accounting, etc.
  • Create and help execute social media efforts for regional locations.


  • Proven 5+ years’ experience hands-on management of cross-channel marketing and advertising campaigns with experience in lead generation businesses.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-performing marketing strategies, with a strong track record of achieving lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Travel required.
